The opportunity…
Step into a high-impact role shaping a performance-driven, employee‑oriented culture as People & Culture Business Partner - Support & Enablement, supporting Operations including Warehouse, Customer Service, Tech Service, Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, and Business Development.
You’ll lead P&C strategy execution, refine HR policies, partner on recruitment and onboarding, Lead salary reviews, and work closely with the Learning & Development team to lift capability through learning, performance management, goal setting, and organization development. As a trusted advisor, you’ll coach leaders on employee relations, ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand employment laws and reporting.
- Contribute to and lead execution of P&C strategy
- Create and revise HR/P&C policies and procedures with a focus on employment legislative requirements. Ensure policies and procedures are communicated to all employees and key stakeholders
- Partner with the People Operations, Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers with recruitment, remuneration / mercer data guidance, selection, and onboarding for new and transferring employees
- With managers and employees, develop an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability, key employee retention and development, and high performance
- Execute salary review process and guide managers to ensure decisions made are in line with policy and equity
- Co-ordinate with the Learning & Development team the training and development activities with the objective to drive capability and empowerment of managers
- Lead organization development initiatives. i.e.: performance management and goal setting that support formation of desired organizational culture and development needs
- Support and coach to effectively resolve employee relations cases
- Ensure legal compliance with existing governmental labor laws and government reporting requirements
- Provide effective business partnering to support managers in the running of their respective businesses
- Working with relevant stakeholders, manage the Workplace Health and Safety programs and requirements

Experience required:
- Strong experience handling a broad range of employee relations cases, with sound understanding of legal consequences and best practice.
- Well-versed in Australian and New Zealand employment laws, HR best practice, and relevant legislation.
- Ability to partner effectively at all levels, building credibility and respect through influence and stakeholder management.
- Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how people and talent practices drive business outcomes.
