About the role:
Are you a results-driven marketer passionate about the skincare industry? Advanced Skin Technology is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead our Aspect Skincare portfolio. In this role, you'll be instrumental in evolving our brands, accelerating user acquisition, and maximising engagement. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can launch impactful campaigns, identify new growth opportunities, and make a significant impact.
Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Manager you will:
- Lead Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's vision and positions our products as the go-to choice within cosmeceutical skincare.
- Share Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments.
- Be a Product Champion: Ensure all marketing and POS materials are accessible and up to date. Lead trade exhibitions, activations and product launches with precision and flair to ensure that each resonates with customers, leaving a lasting impression.
- Generate Compelling Marketing Promotions: Devise and implement captivating marketing campaigns that generate leads and create buzz and excitement. Your creativity will amplify our brand's voice across various channels.
- Safeguard our brands identity and integrity. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that our messaging and visuals stay true to our brand values and are properly represented.
The expertise you will bring..
- 3 years’ experience as a Brand Manager within luxury retail, medical aesthetics or FMCG.
- Previous experience leading Go-To-Market activities
- Track record of delivering omnichannel marketing, meeting performance objectives.
- Analytical mindset and high attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and external stakeholders
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Extensive knowledge of skincare trends and consumer behaviour.
What we’d love..
• Previous experience in a similar role within the Aesthetic industry with an understanding of both B2B and B2C beauty brands.
• A degree qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, SAP Hybris, Wrike/Monday Project Management Software.
• Comfortable with stakeholder engagement, working across departments to manage expectations and prioritise work.
• A problem-solving mindset.
