Join Our Team as an Inwards Goods Co-Ordinator!

The Inwards Goods Co-Ordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of incoming goods into our warehouse. This position is responsible for creating inbound deliveries in SAP, supporting resolution receiving discrepancies, and maintaining strong communication with relevant stakeholders. 

This position requires a dedicated individual who will be onsite 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Creation & Management (SAP):

• Create and manage inbound deliveries in SAP as required, ensuring accuracy against vendor-supplied documentation and timeliness.

Receiving Issue Resolution

• Assist DT and operating partners in resolving receiving discrepancies, including quantity discrepancies, damaged goods, and incorrect items via the Receiving issue register.   
• Actively manage and action receiving issues Via Receiving issue log/ register.
• Assist operating partner in resolving ASN-related issues.
• Liaise with procurement and other internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Operational Support:

• Assist with other operational tasks as required.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Data Entry and Reporting:

• Create inbound deliveries in SAP when required.
• Maintain accurate data within the SAP system.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a solid understanding of warehouse operations and SAP functionalities. This position requires a dedicated individual who will be onsite 5 days a week.

Experience required:

• This role is based onsite and requires a dedicated individual who will be onsite 5 days a week.
• Proven experience in an inbound coordination or warehouse operations role.
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically with inbound delivery creations, and receiving modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Understanding of Device Technologies policies and procedures including any vaccination and background checks in line with your role and responsibilities.
• People skills.
• Can do / proactive attitude.
• Ownership of role.
• Strong customer service focus.
